Linear Servo Piston Filling, Capping & Labeling Line for liquid fertilizer

Brief Introduction

This series of servo piston filling machines is high-tech equipment controlled by PLC, with photoelectric detection and pneumatic actuation.

It is suitable for flowable fluids such as liquid fertilizers, pesticides and other chemical liquids.

Driven by servo motors, the dosing system ensures highly accurate filling with stable piston positioning. Slow-speed filling near the target volume effectively prevents liquid splashing.

All operations are user-friendly, with filling parameters easily set via the touchscreen. The machine is available in 4/6/8/10/12/16 heads to meet various output requirements.

A liquid receiving tray is installed under the nozzles to collect potential leakage. All product-contact parts are made of 316 stainless steel for excellent corrosion resistance to chemicals.

The hopper is equipped with a level sensor for automatic material feeding. The dosing system features a clean-in-place (CIP) function, allowing easy cleaning of thin liquids without disassembling the cylinder.

Application:
This machine is designed to close screw type caps such as Trigger Spray Cap, Pump Cap, Push-pull Cap, Snap Hinge Cap and Sport Push-pull Cap.

Trigger cap, pump cap feeding have to be done by hand.
